Nissan was originally founded in 1932. They are the manufacturers of some of the most the popular tuning vehicles out of Japan. In 1999, Nissan's financial trouble led to their alliance with French automaker, Renault. This led to the Carlos Ghosn, CEO of Renault being appointed as new CEO of Nissan. Ghosn led Nissan's sinking ship out of bankruptcy and raised sales back up. With Nissan's sales back up and financial stability renewed, Nissan has begun to reintroduce its sports cars back into the market with bigger and better performance figures. With many of the most popular vehicles never being officially exported overseas many parts are only available directly through Japan.
